  • Assessment and advice only £30
  • Shoe removal £10
  • Full written report following visit £45
  • Extras

Standard Consultation
Usually lasting at least an hour, the visit includes a thorough evaluation, a discussion about any changes to management, workload or health, a High Performance Trim and a written report containing information on the general condition of the feet and instructions on what the owner should do between now and the next visit.

Assessment and Advice only
If you are contemplating shoe removal, or need a second opinion about the health of your horse ’s feet, or if you just need someone to check your trim is up to scratch, book a consultation. This won’t include a trim, but it will involve the EP asking lots of questions about your horse ’s care, workload, history, etc, gait analysis and a thorough evaluation of the feet themselves. After the consultation, the EP will leave you with a handwritten report to help you remember what’s been found.

Full Written Report
This comprehensive report is sometimes commissioned by worried horse owners who are struggling to understand why their horse ’s feet are deteriorating. The report includes photographs of the feet and can be commissioned following an assessment callout, or a standard consultation. This consultation can be carried out on shod feet, although the shoe will obscure some things, so the report will be less comprehensive.

Shoe Removal
A charge of £10 will be made if the horse requires shoes to be removed at the time of the first visit.

Extras
If specialist equipment or topical treatments are required to help with rehabilitation these are usually available from your EP, or easily obtainable from your local supermarket.
